Environmental Abatement Technician -- Paid Training-- Urgently Hiring

Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesExpertly perform asbestos abatement tasks including removal, encapsulation, and disposal, ensuring safety and compliance.Set up and maintain containment areas and decontamination units with precision.Conduct lead abatement tasks for demolition and renovations, adhering to all safety protocols.Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently to maximize productivity.Strictly follow OSHA, EPA, and State of Michigan guidelines for hazardous material handling.Properly wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE), including various types of respirators.Support supervisors with site preparation, cleanup, and thorough documentation of work performed.QualificationsValid Michigan 40hr Asbestos Supervisor license preferred but not required. Paid Training Provided.Prior experience in demolition, lead & asbestos abatement, or hazardous material removal is highly valued.Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.Knowledge of basic building construction is a plus.Demonstrated strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.Ability to thrive in physically demanding environments (heights, lifting, bending, confined spaces).Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Willingness to participate in ongoing training and medical monitoring.Flexibility to work out of town within Michigan and stay overnight when necessary.Company DescriptionPinnacle Abatement & Renovations, LLC is seeking motivated and safety-conscious Asbestos & Lead Abatement Worker to join our dedicated team.
