The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, front-end architecture, state management, API integration, and team leadership. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, UX designers, and backend teams to build scalable, high-performance applications while mentoring developers and driving engineering best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of enterprise-scale web applications using ReactJS.Define front-end architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.Mentor and guide a team of React developers through code reviews and technical discussions.Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, architects, and backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Build reusable, modular, and maintainable React components.Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.Optimize application performance, scalability, accessibility, and security.Implement state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar libraries.Participate in sprint planning, estimation, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership for complex implementations.Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing, and CI/CD best practices.Support application deployment and production releases.Required Skills8+ years of software development experience.5+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS.Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Experience with React Hooks, Functional Components, Context API, and React Router.Strong knowledge of Redux or Redux Toolkit.Experience consuming REST APIs and working with JSON.Hands-on experience with Material UI, Bootstrap, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks.Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and version control best practices.Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or other testing frameworks.Understanding of Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn, and modern build tools.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Next.js.Knowledge of Micro Frontend architecture.Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Understanding of OAuth, JWT, SSO, and application security.Experience with GraphQL.Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards.Experience with SonarQube and code quality tools.Leadership ResponsibilitiesLead a team of front-end developers.Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards.Mentor junior and mid-level developers.Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and technical innovation.Nice to HaveExperience in Retail, Healthcare, Banking, Telecom, or Public Sector projects.Experience with Node.js for backend integration.Exposure to React Native.Experience in performance optimization and web accessibility.EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
