We've built a company where top techs thrive—and now we're hiring more.We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Inventory & Fleet Manager to oversee inventory control, purchasing, warehouse operations, and fleet management.If you're organized, hands-on, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your opportunity to play a key role in a rapidly scaling company.What You'll DoInventory & PurchasingMaintain accurate inventory across warehouse, service vans, and job sitesPerform cycle counts and regular inventory auditsManage purchasing for HVAC parts, tools, and materials at competitive pricesTrack purchase orders and deliveries, resolve backorders and vendor issuesSet par levels and reorder points to avoid shortages and overstockWarehouse OperationsOversee receiving, staging, organizing, and dispatching of all materialsMaintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environmentSupervise warehouse team members and support rolesOptimize layout and processes to support daily field operationsFleet ManagementSchedule and manage maintenance, repairs, and inspections for all company vehiclesMaintain accurate fleet records including registration, insurance, and complianceMonitor vehicle usage, track mileage, and manage vehicle assignmentsEnsure all vehicles meet company standards and safety regulationsFacilities OversightCoordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and safety improvementsOversee vendor work and ensure building is operational and secureWhat You'll Bring3–5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, purchasing, or fleet management (HVAC or construction preferred)Strong understanding of HVAC tools, parts, and materials (preferred)Hands-on leadership approach with a focus on efficiency and accountabilityAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse settingStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with inventory management systems (ServiceTitan a plus)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordWhy Join TRIO?Competitive Base Salary + Performance BonusesSign-On BonusHealth, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Vacation & Holidays401(k) with Company MatchHigh-performance, team-oriented cultureClear pathway for career growth and leadershipApply now and help power the growth of one of the most exciting companies in HVAC and plumbing.Requirements:
