Power BI Developer

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.Gather business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.Develop and optimize data models, datasets, and data transformations.Create complex calculations using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading using Power Query and ETL processes.Connect and integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.Collaborate with business users, data analysts, and data engineers to deliver reporting solutions.Implement row-level security (RLS) and data governance best practices.Support report deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements.Required SkillsStrong experience with Microsoft Power BI.Proficiency in Power Query, and data modeling.Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.Experience creating dashboards, reports, KPIs, and visual analytics solutions.Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.Understanding of business intelligence and reporting best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
