Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a fast-growing LegalTech SaaS platform as it spins out from a larger industry leader and transitions to an independent, capital-backed entity. The company empowers consumers and law firms through accessible, technology-driven legal solutions in a fast-growing market, and is poised for accelerated expansion through appropriate branding, sales, and strategic investment and innovation. The product provides an end-to-end solution to permit law firm customers the ability to expand their practice offerings through direct engagement with affected consumers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the legal technology or access-to-justice fields. The CEO will be responsible for shaping and executing an aggressive growth strategy aimed at scaling revenue several multiples over the next 3–5 years while building a high-performing team and culture that blends legal domain expertise with cutting-edge technology.
