The Sales Strategic Planning & Operations group is looking for an experienced business leader to help drive organizational planning, strategic initiatives, and overall operational improvements for Enterprise GTM efforts at Meta. This leader will shape our cross-channel sales strategy for enterprise solutions, such as business messaging and business AI. They will partner with leaders across sales, marketing, partnerships, finance, product marketing, HR, etc. The primary objective of the role is to drive product and business connection through cross-channel strategy, planning, and operations.This role requires someone who has a skill set to manage competing priorities, including, but not limited to, resource planning and analysis, business goal definition, data-driven business reviews, sales pipeline reporting and analysis, internal communications, and leadership of critical projects across the company.Sales Strategic Planning & Operations Lead, Enterprise Go-to-Market Responsibilities:Lead and improve planning processes, including but not limited to goal-setting, project prioritization, and headcount planningFrame decisions and contribute a point of view on how to scale the businessPartner closely with Sales and Partnerships leaders and internal stakeholders on key business initiatives, programs, and special projectsDevelop an understanding of the business and identify dependencies and opportunities across teams to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaborationDevelop and implement go-to-market strategiesCombine qualitative information with data analytics to make comprehensive recommendationsLead business reviews for the Business Messaging leadership team to drive decision-making and review progress on goals and priorities (for example monthly/quarterly business reviews, sales pipeline reviews). Present to an Executive audienceDrive key leadership and cross-functional meetings to facilitate alignment on opportunities and issues to addressMinimum Qualifications:6+ years of experience in strategic planning and/or business operations in the technology industry, messaging space, enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS), or relevant industryExperience leading strategies, operations, process improvements, and tactical projects. Experience leading and presenting sales revenue reviews, including pipeline reportsLeadership and influencing skills – experience leading/influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organizationExperience working cross-functionally with leadership in developing and executing successful plans in an environment of fast growth and ambiguityExperience delivering measurable business outcomes, managing detailed operational plans, and communicating findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets) and presentations (e.g. PowerPoint, Slides)Experience shifting priorities, prioritizing competing initiatives based on impact, deadlines, and stakeholder needs, and maintaining organizationExperience using AI tools to drive increased productivity across all deliverablesPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting AI product development and scaling business models for AI productsExperience in Enterprise SaaS and/or cloud businesses, sales operations, and programsDemonstrated interest in helping build and scale businesses and for Meta products, particularly for WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram productsMaster's or graduate degreeConsulting background, experience in an advisory role, or relevant strategy/operations teamAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
