Consumer Account Representative

No prior experience needed! A multi-state creditors' rights law firm based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, seeks a Consumer Account Representative to assist with its consistently growing practice. Applicant will be responsible for educating consumers on the status of their accounts, skip tracing consumers location and assets, generating and receiving consumer calls, negotiating and following up on payment arrangements, and identifying the reason for a consumer’s delinquency. Good computer skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a high level of professionalism are important.
