Licensed Mobile Crisis Clinician Job Category: Clinical RequisitionNumber: MOBIL006107 Full-Time Chicopee, MA 01020, USA Seeking LicensedClinicians to work in a team environment providing care to adults andyouth in CHD\'s CBHC Adult or Youth Mobile Crisis. These programs offer24/7 support, assessment, care coordination, and follow up to thoseclients experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. All CBHCPrograms are located in one location and integrated highly to treatindividuals and families throughout the care continuum. Open 7 days perweek, with the intention of offering the right service at the righttime, all shifts are available. Oriented to offering a continuum of careacross all services, the right candidate will be dynamic, curious, andPerson-centered And Demonstrate Initiative. Job ResponsibilitiesClinician works to engage on-site, or in some cases over telehealth,clients in behavioral health crisis. They will work to establish crisisassessments, care coordinators, maintain safety of client and otherscollaborate with family or other community supports as identified byclient, offer timely and appropriate interventions, and plan dischargeto appropriate levels of care. Clinician knows and updates a body ofclinical knowledge used to gather and analyze client problems. Clinicianknows, maintains and uses a set of treatment methods which areappropriate to the diagnosis and which are consistent with acceptedpractice standards for the field of social work or mental healthcounseling. Clinician learns and follows practices for the protection ofpersonal health information and reports any breaches of such practiceimmediately. Clinician interacts with colleagues, supervisors andhelping professionals outside of CHD on behalf of the client andcommunicates in a professional manner to support the client\'s treatmentgoals. Clinician will attend external agency meetings, clinic staffmeetings, and periodic trainings as required and attends regularindividual supervision meetings. The clinician fulfills the mission andthe core values of the agency, and represents these values to clientsand community contacts. Minimum Qualifications: Clinician holds aMaster\'s in mental health counseling, social work or related fieldProficient in verbal and written communication. Able to utilize acomputer and become competent in the use of an electronic health record.Access to reliable transportation. Be able to pass a CORI and drivingbackground check.
