Position OverviewLaneStaffing is seeking dependable and professional Event Crew members to support event operations at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.You will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly by assisting with setup, logistics, guest experience, and overall site readiness.Schedule & AvailabilityThursday through Sunday availability requiredEvening and weekend shifts (primary)Seasonal work with increased hours during peak event periodsKey ResponsibilitiesAssist with event setup and breakdownMove and arrange furniture, equipment, and materialsSupport vendor load-in and load-outMaintain cleanliness and organization of event spacesAssist with elevator operations and logistics flowProvide professional and friendly interaction with guestsSupport Event Captains and Operations Staff as neededWhat We're Looking ForReliable and punctual individualsStrong work ethic and team mindsetAbility to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service or hospitality mindset preferredComfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, moving equipment)RequirementsMust be able to stand for extended periodsMust be able to lift and move items (up to 50 lbs preferred)Must have reliable transportation to Brooklyn Navy YardMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Why Join LaneStaffingLaneStaffing partners with leading organizations to provide high-quality staffing solutions.
