This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting both Accounts Receivable and Payable functions within a collaborative finance team.Primary Responsibilities:Review billing for appropriate documentation and approvalsGenerate bills and invoices specific to customer accountsUtilize accounting software to identify outstanding accountsInform clients of outstanding balances, deadlines, and resolve inquiriesMonitor and support Accounts Payable by tracking payment statuses and ensuring timely vendor paymentsManage account status and balances, identifying and resolving inconsistenciesMaintain secure handling of client data and payment informationGenerate monthly reports and internal billing summariesPerform administrative tasks such as filing and copyingPerform other duties as assignedNice-to-Have Skills and Abilities:Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyCustomer/client focus with clear, professional communicationResults-driven with strong organizational and prioritization skillsProficient in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work effectively in a high-volume, team-oriented environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredExperience in billing or accounting preferredPreferred background in transportation or logistics industry***Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
