Senior Program Manager Nightwing provides technically advanced full-spectrum cyber, data operations, systems integration and intelligence mission support services to meet our customers' most demanding challenges. Nightwing brings disruptive technologies, agility, and competitive offerings to customers in the intelligence community, defense, civil, and commercial markets.Nightwing is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large, complex program supporting a Classified Government Customer in the areas of Records and Information Management, Classification Management, Policy, Archives and Records Center oversight, and Records Digitization and Automation. The Program Manager provides both strategic leadership and day-to-day operational direction for a large, diverse, geographically dispersed workforce, ensuring mission alignment, exceptional customer satisfaction, and effective delivery of mission-critical services.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end program strategy, execution, risk management, and performance across all mission areasServe as primary interface with government stakeholders, aligning priorities and responding to evolving customer needsManage and develop a large cross-functional workforce, ensuring readiness, compliance, and high performanceOversee financial management, budgets, cost-containment strategies, and investment decisionsGuide records modernization initiatives, including digitization, automation, and process improvementEnsure compliance with security, regulatory, and contractual requirementsDrive innovation, operational excellence, and demonstrated value in all service offeringsPrepare and deliver executive-level briefings and reportsMentor and develop emerging program leadersRequired Qualifications:Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Required Day 1Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)10+ years of program management experience, including 5+ in the ICProven leadership of large, complex, highly classified programsStrong understanding of federal contracting, acquisition, and complianceExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-engagement skillsExperience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologiesPreferred Qualifications:PMP or equivalentIC mission experienceBackground in cybersecurity, data analytics, or advanced technology programsExperience managing distributed teamsWork Environment:SCIF-based work with limited teleworkTravel up to 10-20%, especially within 100 mi of the WMAAt Nightwing, we value collaboration and teamwork.
