This role involves overseeing the issuance of facility letters, reviewing complex credit and security documentation, and maintaining governance over legal documentation and collateral management systems. The VP will also lead loan agency activities, manage operational and documentation risks, and provide guidance on complex deal mechanics in a stakeholder-facing role.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and approximately 10-15 years' of experience in credit administration, loan operations, or loan agency within a corporate or wholesale banking environment. The role requires a proven track record in people leadership, a strong risk mindset, and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
