This role requires a visionary leader who can blend Wall Street precision with the speed of Web3, and who has a proven track record of managing large portfolios and leading teams of quants and data scientists. The CIMO will play a key role in the company's growth, with a focus on scaling the business to achieve significant AUM within the next few years.Applicants for the CIMO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in quantitative trading or portfolio leadership, with a mandatory requirement of having managed a team with a substantial AUM. Mastery in algorithmic trading, on-chain data analysis, and a strategic vision with hands-on technical fluency are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in crypto, XRP, DeFi, or alternative markets, and experience in wealth management territories such as Canada, Dubai, and Australia is a bonus.
