Schedule & Pay Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Days: 5 days per week Overtime: No guaranteed OT; possible before/after shift and Saturdays Pay: $15.00 per hour Position Overview Employees will assist with production duties until production is complete, at which point the team transitions to full factory sanitation. All 2nd shift employees are responsible for sanitation once production ends. Production Duties (as needed before sanitation begins) Tray Machine Operator Can Buffer Label Inspector Hoist Operator Sanitation Duties Clean and sanitize production equipment and factory areas Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Requirements Entry-level position – no experience required Diploma/GED not required Comfortable working in a hot and steamy environment Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
