Senior Event Marketing Manager

This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic event initiatives, manage complex event programs, and deliver exceptional attendee experiences across the Americas region.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage 10+ mid/high-complexity events annually from strategy through execution• Develop event strategies aligned with business and commercial priorities• Oversee project plans, budgets, experiential activations, content development, and amplification strategies• Partner with stakeholders to create Event Briefs and support experience-led marketing initiatives• Identify opportunities for cross-collaboration and content syndication across the Global Events Calendar• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions and time zones to ensure seamless executionQualifications:• 8+ years of experience in Event Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Experiential Activations• Strong project and event management experience with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail• Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, and event technology platforms such as Cvent• Prior people management experience is a plusIdeal Candidate:• High-energy, proactive, and results-oriented professional• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels• Creative thinker who can balance strategy with execution• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment***Pay range- $65.00-$71.00/hourBenefits InfoRussell Tobin offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
