Job SummaryWe are actively seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of compassionate professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional care in Assisted Living and Memory Care. We're looking for enthusiastic team members to fill various shifts.DutiesDeliver nursing care to post-acute residents.Monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the supervisor.Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs.Maintain a hygienic environment.Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed.Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents.SkillsCNA certification in good standing with NJ Board of Nursing.A desire to excel and grow as a healthcare professional.Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is advantageous.Experience working in memory care, hospice care, or medical-surgical environments is a plus.Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards is essential.Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients through compassionate care and support.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredCompletion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant training programCurrent CNA certification in good standingBasic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification (preferred or required per facility policy)Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingParental leaveLicense/Certification:CNA (Required)
