Description
Responsibilities:
Daily Datacenter Operations
Install and set up servers, switches, routers, and related hardware.
Perform cable patching and labeling in accordance with datacenter standards.
Maintain accurate task updates in ticketing and inventory systems.
Configure basic network and management interfaces
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and perform Ethernet/fiber cable swaps.
Verify device power status and LED alarm indicators.
Diagnose and resolve copper and fiber cabling issues.
Execute server reboots and perform initial hardware diagnostics following defined procedures.
Rack and de-rack hardware, including decommissioning activities.
Maintain accurate inventory of cabling (multimode, single-mode, and copper).
