This role focuses on delivering an elevated customer service experience by welcoming customers, answering questions, and supporting sales associates on the sales floor. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with customer transactions, helping locate products, managing holds or special requests, and responding to customer inquiries to support overall customer satisfaction. The Sales Support Representative may also support stockroom tasks, prepare merchandise for the floor, and help maintain store standards, such as cleanliness, visual presentation, and organization. This position collaborates closely with store leadership and team members to ensure efficient operations and a consistent brand experience for all customers.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to assist customers effectively throughout their shopping experience.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, including responsiveness to customer needs and follow-through on service requests.Retail or sales experience, particularly in fashion or apparel, is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Cabazon, CA with a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic technology tools; additional training will be provided as needed.
