The receptionist will manage incoming calls at the front desk, route calls to the appropriate parties, and ensure a positive first impression of the organization. Additional duties may include arranging conference room reservations, coordinating food deliveries, scheduling transportation services, and providing general administrative support as needed. Strong communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and a polished, professional presence are essential for success in this role.
