MACHINE OPERATOR - STAMPING I

TE Connectivity's Stamping Teams operate assigned automated stamping machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures. Shift Options: Swing Shift: Monday through Friday working 7 am to 3 pm one week and 3 pm to 11 pm the following week. Rotates Weekly. Shift Differential: 5% 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday working 3 pm to 11 pm. Shift Differential: 10% 3rd Shift: Sunday through Friday from 11 pm to 7 am. Shift Differential: 10% Job Requirements Performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting the assigned automated stamping machinery, and correcting machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. Unloading, packing the parts for shipment, removing, clearing the scrap from the press as required, and accurately documenting the number of parts and their specifications. Maintaining a safe work environment, following the standard operating procedures, regulations regarding hazardous material, and other safety regulations for the machines and equipment. Supporting periodic inspections and tests to evaluate the condition of different machine parts; sharing critical feedback with engineers and supervisors. Move within a team setting to keep stamping presses running. COMPENSATION Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $20.00 to $22.00/Hour (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
