The LoopRoots Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to supporting justice-impacted families through transportation, therapy, and technology-driven programs. Responsible for coordinating services, managing program staff or coordinators, and ensuring alignment with organizational mission.Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs Coordinate participant services and staff assignments Track program outcomes and reporting Build relationships with community partners and referral sources Support program development, documentation, and process improvementsQualifications Experience managing social service or nonprofit programs Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, or CRM systemsJob Title Program Manager – Workforce & Education (Part-Time)Organization LoopRoots FoundationLocation Remote (Arizona preferred)Hours 20–25 per weekCompensation [Insert hourly range]Position OverviewOversee programs that prepare justice-impacted individuals for workforce readiness and educational opportunities.
