You take pride in accuracy, follow-through, and contributing to a team’s success.Position SummaryThe Junior Marketing Coordinator role supports the execution of marketing initiatives across wholesale and retail channels by coordinating projects, organizing assets, and ensuring marketing materials are delivered accurately and on time. This role partners cross-functionally to help maintain team efficiency, support content production, and contributes to the overall success of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.Essential FunctionsOverall Project Coordination and Marketing SupportAssist in coordinating marketing and creative projects, including timelines, deliverables, and approvalsTrack project progress and follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines are metSupport meeting preparation, recaps, and status updatesHelp maintain organized documentation across project management toolsWholesale Co-op Marketing CoordinationSupport intake, organization, and tracking wholesale marketing requestsCoordinate with internal creative teams to ensure timely completion of requests, including routing feedback and updatesCommunicate with partners to share final assets and respond to basic inquiriesAssist in the preparation and distribution of marketing communications, including newsletters, seasonal updates, and sales materialsSupport co-op processes, including documentation, tracking, and coordination with internal teamsParticipate in store visits and assist with local marketing execution as neededSeasonal Marketing SupportAssist in the coordination of seasonal in-store marketing updates, including signage and visual materialsSupport cross-functional collaboration to gather and organize creative assets for seasonal campaigns and wholesale useHelp track distribution and confirm delivery of marketing materials to retail partnersAssist in maintaining and updating marketing resources and advertising toolsOperations and AdministrationTrack budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate reporting and documentationMaintain organized files, systems, and marketing resourcesConduct basic market and competitive research to support team initiativesQualificationsBachelor's level degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, fashion merchandising, or similar required1-3 years of marketing experience or relevant internship/co-op; within the retail industry is preferredProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), Canva, MailChimp, and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Basecamp is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage deadlines and due datesStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-taskProactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentProfessional and collaborative in all internal and external interactionsCore CompetenciesTo thrive and grow with our company, you must possess and continue to develop the following competencies:Customer Focus: Ensuring that the internal and external customer’s perspective is a driving force behind strategic priorities, business decisions, organizational processes, and individual activities; crafting and implementing service practices that meet customers’ needs; promoting and operationalizing customer service as a value.
