The primary responsibilities include addressing member inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction. You will handle incoming calls, assist with account-related inquiries, provide information about products and services, and deliver consistent support to Harborstone members, fostering strong and lasting relationsips. Quali</p>ficaiStrong skills in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer SupportExceptional Interpersonal Skills and the ability to communicate professionally with membersProficiency in Computer Literacy, including managing customer information systems and softwareAbility to resolve inquiries with a positive attitude and a member-first focusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in customer service or financial services is a plusStrong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset
