We are a multi-location, private dental practice with a vibrant work culture and a steadfast commitment to “Always Put the Patient First.” Position: Orthodontic Assistant We are looking for a cheerful experience Orthodontic Assistant to help our providers bring smiles to our patients. This team member will also be a team-player that guides and supports new orthodontic assistants on their journey to become the best they can be. As an Orthodontic Assistant YOU play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of patient care at Burrow Welchel & Culp Orthodontics. Your responsibilities will include: Shaping Smiles & Confidence: Prepare patients for procedures, take impressions and x-rays, and help place or remove braces and aligners, bandings, and wire changes. Clinic Rockstar: Keep everything running smoothly by managing supplies, supporting staffing needs, and ensuring every patient room is prepped and ready. Smile Architect: Work closely with providers and the clinic manager to uphold our high standards of care and service. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Orthodontic Assistant. Completion of a Dental Assisting program, preferred. Familiar with Dentrix Ascend a plus. Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plus.
