This position is responsible for but not limited to the daily audit of cage activity, reconciliation of cash drop to Advantage meter reports, micro's reports from restaurant and bar and activities of the kiosk, recycler, and ATM machines.The following is a list of the main duties and responsibilities of the Revenue Auditor. However, other duties will be assigned as deemed necessary by OMDA controller and CFO.CASINO/DEPARTMENT OPERATIONSReconcile activities of cage and vault personnel to balances maintained in Cage and Vault.Reconcile results of cash drop to Advantage meters report.Reconciliation of e machine actual drop % to theoretical drop %.Reconciliation of table games drop to table games paperwork.Maintenance of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance of e machines.Reconciliation of food and beverage paperwork to Micro's reports.Reconciliation of kiosk, recycler, and ATM activities to balances as reported.Prepare accounting reports as required and ensure proper reconciliation with supporting documentation. Assist in research necessary for financial analysis, budgets, and operations analysis.Perform other duties as assigned by OMDA controller and CFO.REGULATORY COMPLIANCEEnsure that all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and controls of the organization, and the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) and the Otoe-Missouria Gaming Commission (OMGC) are complied with.Ensures accuracy of work.Performs all duties in accordance with company team member handbook, objectives of the Otoe Missouria Tribe, internal policies, procedures, and controls, as well as applicable laws and gaming regulations, including but not limited to, the state-tribal compact, IGRA, MICS, OM TICS, the Bank Secrecy Act.ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH/DEVELOPMENTJudgment/Decision MakingForms opinions and makes decisions based on information and the identification of available facts. Makes decisions or draws conclusions using available data and from experience. Implements timely corrective action as necessary to ensure achievement of objectives.Makes effort to keep informed of company information and communications by reviewing property bulletin boards, departmental log/shift reports, departmental/company emails, signage, and company newsletter.On an individual basis or in a group format, explain why, share information, and communicate decisions to OMDA controller or CFO.Facilitate the flow of information throughout the department.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. Individuals must be at least 21 years of age.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School degree with experience in accounting and audit activities. Casino audit experience preferred.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Must be punctual and dependable in reporting to work as scheduled and completing assigned tasks.Knowledge, skills, and experience in the hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of staff, communications, decision making, problem solving, complaint resolution and resources allocation.Read, write, and speak the English language.
