Quality Assurance Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading the customer quality and supplier quality teams that supports the Arens Williams Business Unit.The incumbent will be responsible for all product related quality activities with a goal to maintain compliance with international, customer, and corporate standards.Location: Arlington Heights, IL Salary Range: $ 125,300.00 - 140,000.00 per year plus bonusPlease note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Illinois. Provides guidance to and counsels employees.What You Bring7+ years' experience in an automotive manufacturing companyBachelor's Degree in Engineering or related disciplineDemonstrable leadership skills and people management capabilityAbility to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in process improvement initiativesExperience with the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2000 and/or IATF 16949 applied to both manufacturing and product development.
