Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in The Colony, TX for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction, leading the team, and maintaining high-quality service. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, hiring and training team members, supervising food and beverage operations, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. The Manager will also implement strategies to enhance business performance and foster a positive dining atmosphere. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain a high level of guest experience.Experience in Hiring, training, and leadership to manage and develop a dynamic team.Strong Communication abilities to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to oversee quality, inventory, and compliance with health and safety standards.Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills to handle day-to-day challenges effectively.Passion for hospitality and experience in restaurant management.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus.
