RN Weekend Supervisor (Every other weekend 3-11P/11P-7A)

Coral Bay at Pensacola - Our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Pensacola, is seeking RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisors for Weekends 7A - 7P, 7P - 7A and an 8 hour shifts during the week.The Supervisor job functions are:Direct and coordinate the nursing units under their supervision.Provide resident care services with kindness and compassion to the residents.Plan, organize, and oversee staff to provide patient care.Evaluate care and ensures customer satisfaction.Oversee the department's daily staffing requirements.Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities.Act as an interface between the staff, residents, and the residents' families.Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulationsJob RequirementsMust be a graduate of an approved nursing programMust possess and maintain a current Florida state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) at time of interviewPrevious RN (Registered Nurse) experience in Long Term Care is requiredPrevious Long Term Care Supervisory experience is highly preferred
