MMPC is a boutique pest management company, and this role is more sales-oriented than traditional pest control. Technical pest knowledge will be trained; confidence, communication, and attitude are key. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for new clients experiencing pest issues (mice, American & German cockroaches, and other common NYC pests). Conduct on-site assessments to determine the scope of infestation, entry points, and required solutions. Confident, friendly, and reassuring demeanor; clients are often anxious when reaching out. Ability to think on your feet and adapt during client conversations. Prior sales experience preferred - 6 months (field sales, service sales, consultative sales), but performance in a mock sales assessment is more important than years of experience. Experience in pest control, inspections, or field services is a plus, but not required. Comfortable navigating New York City using mass transit.
