Project Architect

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities: We are a mid-sized firm that is in search of a Project Architect that can manage all aspects of aproject from concept through construction. This includes coordinating with owners, building departments, consultants, andvendors.Priorities Develop design concepts for new projects Coordinate with owners to define wants and needs for their project Manage a team of consultants Model building elements in Revit to produce architectural drawings Establish and maintain project milestones and deadlines Perform construction administration activities Management of Architectural Documents Use already established office standards for drafting and documentation Expand and develop Revit families and detail components Work in a collaborative environment in Revit models Minimum Qualifications Education/Experience: Must have a Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited program An architectural license is preferred. If not licensed, the applicant should be working towards licensure Prefer at least 5 years of experience Computer Skills: Revit Enscape Revu Bluebeam Office 365 Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Adobe Design Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Sketch-Up Company DescriptionTectonic Management Group, Inc. has a great opportunity for a Project Architect.
