This environment offers opportunities to work on sophisticated technologies and contribute directly to customer success.Role Description The Proposal Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mount Pleasant, PA. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end proposal development process, including analyzing requests for proposals (RFPs), defining proposal strategies, and coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams such as sales, engineering, operations, and supply chain. The Proposal Manager drafts, edits, and organizes proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with customer requirements and company capabilities. Daily responsibilities include managing timelines, maintaining proposal templates and collateral, tracking proposal status, and supporting pricing and risk assessments in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve proposal processes, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of Intervala’s competitive positioning.Qualifications Strong proposal development and management skills, including RFP analysis, content organization, and deadline-driven project coordination.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-focused content.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, engineering, operations, supply chain) in a manufacturing or technology environment.Solid organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail, document control, and version management.Proficiency with common office productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).Understanding of electronics manufacturing or related industries (industrial, medical, transportation, or defense) is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Mount Pleasant, PA and engage effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
