Must Have Skills:IAM skillsProject LeadNice to Have Skills:Detailed Job Description:Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to IAM project managers and crossfunctional teams, ensuring consistent delivery and operational excellence.Establish IAM governance models, metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track program performance, risk reduction, and business value.Provide program and project management leadership for IAM initiatives, including scope, schedule, budget, quality and executive reporting.Expertise in IAM and PAM tools like OIM,Saviyant and CyberArkLead enterprise-wide IAM and IGA implementations across cloud, hybrid, and onprem environments, including design, deployment, integration, and operationalization of identity platforms.Oversee implementation and integration of cloud-based IAM platforms (e.g., Identity Security Cloud), including HR systems, Active Directory, service desk tools, and enterprise applications.Define and own the IAM roadmap covering multiple parallel tracks (IGA, PAM, integrations, migrations).Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to improve identity security posture, maturity, and zerotrust adoption.Track risks, dependencies, milestones, and program KPIs; provide regular status reporting to leadership and customers.Oversee IGA onprem to SaaS migration, specifically using Saviynt.Minimum Years of Experience:10+ yearsTop 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:IAM skillsPMThanks & Regards,Pankaj Singh - Team LeadPhone #
