Class A Drivers flexible schedule from home daily to home weekly; home time will range directly affect pay. Position Overview: Routes: Will run from Sumner to Western Part of US (primarily WA, OR, ID, NV and CA Freight: 100% dry van and 100% no driver touch. Trailers are preloaded and deliveries are 50/50 live unload and drop and live unload Home Time: Home time ranges from home daily to home for 34 hour reset. Home time directly affects earnings. Drivers that stay out for week and take 34 hour reset earn $1700-$1800/WK Recent Grads/Trainees: Trainees will be accepted on this account. Trainees earn $650/WK while being trained which is about 250HBW (Hours Behind the Wheel). Once trainees are trained, they will earn $1400-$1550/Wk the first year Overview: Runs are mostly at night and chaining may be required Earnings: The average driver earns $1400-$1800/WK Orientation: Company pays for travel, hotel and meals. Recent Grads: Trainees will earn $650/WK while being trained average $1400-$1550/WK Benefits: Start: Full benefits begin 60 days after starting Includes: Medical, dental, 401K, paid time off, and more. Trainees can have rider and dog after training Requirements: For Trainees (must have graduated from a Class A driving school in the last 2 years) and for Experienced Drivers must have 6 months verifiable Class A Driving in the last 12 months and 12 months in the last 5 years Age: Must be at least 21 years old Experience: Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A Experience in the last 12 months or 12 months verifiable Class A Experience in the last 5 years (PLEASE NOTE DRIVERS WITH ONLY ONE JOB AND EXCEPTIONAL WORK HISTORY AND BACKGROUND WITH 3 MONTHS CLASS A EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED) Must have WA DL with current address on license. No longer are we able to grant waiver for 30 days Driving Record Experienced and Trainees: No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months (includes personal and CDL) Can not have any serious traffic violations (in personal and CMV) in the last 12 months including 15+, Reckless, handheld, following too closely etc No more than 1 on road DOT Recordable Preventable accident in the last 2 years; however, can not have any major preventable accidents in the last 5 years and this includes jack knife, overturn, etc. No more than 3 preventable incidents in the last 2 years and combination of accidents and incidents can not exceed 3 No more than 4 jobs in the last 12 months and can not have been let go from most recent company for safety violations. Only one termination for safety allowed in the last 5 years (For trainees only requirement is can not be unemployed for 12 months in the last 3 years) No DUIs in the last ten years Can never have failed or refused a DOT Drug test ever Hiring Areas: Anywhere from Ellensburg WA and West
