FCC Indiana, located in Portland, IN, currently has openings on 2nd and 3rd shift in our Assembly Rooms. Responsibilities: Follow written and verbal instructions, including work standards and check sheets, to produce various product components Inspect and verify the accuracy of the product for quality conformance using measuring and testing machines/equipment or by visual examination Record production data in the computer system or on paper. Maintain production progress concerning the production schedule. Comply with departmental continuous improvement activities (product quality, production efficiencies, scrap, downtime) Promote and ensure conformance to the company’s TS 16949 procedures (work standards, regulations, quality manual) Promote and ensure conformance to the company’s ISO 14001 procedures (recycling, reducing waste) Promote and ensure a safe, clean, harassment-free, working environment.
