Role Description This part-time, on-site Tasting Room Associate position is based in Dickerson, MD. The associate will be responsible for guiding guests through wine tastings, providing education about the wines and the vineyard, assisting with wine sales, and maintaining a welcoming tasting room environment. Additional responsibilities include restocking inventory, ensuring cleanliness, and offering excellent customer service during visits. Qualifications Knowledge in Wine Education and understanding of the winemaking processExperience in Wine Sales and ability to drive retail revenueStrong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for engaging with guestsExcellent Customer Service skills, ensuring a positive guest experienceAbility to work in a team-oriented environment and handle a fast-paced atmospherePrior experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or retail is advantageousFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special eventsA passion for wine and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge
