In this role, you'll handle the installation of residential and light commercial systems while also leading projects on-site and mentoring junior installers. Bonus pay for after-hours work.Required Qualifications:5+ years of HVAC installation experience Ability to lead installation projects and mentor team members Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record HVAC trade school certificate of completion is preferredSt. Louis County HVAC journeyman license or ability to obtain itStrong proficiency in gas piping, refrigeration systems, and ductwork installation Advanced knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including troubleshooting Understanding of low-voltage systems and system testing/balancing Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations NATE certification or the ability to obtain within one year
