The company blends hospitality expertise with technology-driven systems and data-backed strategies to deliver strong financial performance and exceptional guest experiences.Position Summary A growing, professionally managed vacation rental platform operating in premier U.S. resort destinations is seeking a highly analytical, technology-forward Revenue Manager to lead pricing strategy, demand optimization, and revenue performance across a multi-market portfolio of luxury and upper-upscale homes.This role is responsible for maximizing Gross Booking Value (GBV), Net Accommodation Revenue (NAR), and owner returns through strategic rate management, channel optimization, AI-driven pricing, and advanced automation. The Revenue Manager will own the company's dynamic pricing infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on full-system optimization within Wheelhouse, and will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Distribution, Operations, and Owner Relations to drive portfolio-wide performance and measurable revenue growth.The ideal candidate combines deep vacation rental expertise with advanced knowledge of Guesty, Wheelhouse strategy configuration, AI-enabled pricing systems, and Airbnb optimization.Key Responsibilities Revenue Strategy & Yield ManagementDevelop and execute dynamic pricing strategies across multiple resort marketsOptimize ADR, occupancy, and overall revenue performance across the portfolioBuild market-specific pricing structures, seasonal frameworks, and demand modelsIdentify and capitalize on compression nights, local events, and seasonal demand shiftsEstablish portfolio and market-level revenue performance targetsTechnology & Systems ManagementOwn and optimize revenue settings and reporting workflows within GuestyManage full configuration and pricing optimization within WheelhouseEnsure seamless integration between Wheelhouse outputs and distribution channelsImplement and test automation tools and AI-driven pricing systemsMaintain pricing consistency and channel alignment across OTAs and direct channelsChannel & Distribution OptimizationManage revenue performance across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and direct booking channelsOptimize Airbnb pricing rules, minimum stay logic, and listing performanceAnalyze channel mix, cost of acquisition, and profitability by booking sourceAdjust pricing strategies based on channel performance and demand patternsMonitor platform algorithm changes impacting listing visibilityForecasting & ReportingProduce weekly and monthly revenue performance reportsBuild rolling 30, 60, and 90-day demand forecastsConduct competitive benchmarking and compset analysisMonitor booking pace, booking window shifts, and cancellation trendsPresent pricing recommendations and performance insights to leadershipCross-Functional CollaborationProvide revenue insights and strategy recommendations to the Owner Relations teamSupport new property onboarding with launch pricing strategies and ramp‐up modelsPartner with Marketing on promotions, campaigns, and demand generation initiativesWork with Operations on availability strategy and length-of-stay controlsQualifications Required Experience3 to 7+ years of revenue management experience within vacation rentalsAdvanced hands‐on expertise with Wheelhouse and GuestyProven success managing dynamic pricing strategies across large property portfoliosExperience optimizing listings and revenue performance on AirbnbExperience managing properties across multiple resort marketsAdvanced analytical and revenue modeling skills using Excel or Google SheetsPreferred ExperienceExperience implementing AI-driven revenue tools and automation workflowsFamiliarity with OTA algorithm behavior and search ranking dynamicsMulti‐market portfolio management experienceKnowledge of U.S. resort demand cycles including beach, mountain, and ski destinationsExperience with SQL, BI tools, or dashboard reporting platformsCore CompetenciesData‐driven decision makingStrong yield management acumen Advanced dynamic pricing expertiseSystems thinker with an automation mindsetDetail‐oriented and highly organizedCross‐functional collaborationStrong communication skillsCompensation, Benefits & More Base salary:$85,000 and $95,000 annually.Job Type:Full-TimeLocation:Remote, Anywhere in USABenefits:Paid time offHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLong‐term and Short‐Term Disability#J-18808-Ljbffr
