We are currently accepting applications for a Finished Goods Warehouse Worker.Primary Responsibilities include:This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position requiring accurate processing and packaging of 300 plus shipments per workday. Must have ability to stand, walk, lift, stretch and bend frequently for duration of shift; involves frequent lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 pounds. Will be responsible for one or more of the following task as determined by workflow need and management placement:Pulling orders and returning stock to inventoryOrganizing stockMonitor inventory and conduct cycle countsAccurate shipping of products to customersScan individual parts and invoice, logging shipment into AS 400 system and verifying accuracyPackaging of shipment and printing shipping label from UPS/ Fed EX manifestUnpacking shipments, receiving orders, and updating databaseSkills/Qualifications:Previous experience within an inventory, warehousing, or retail environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional demeanor with the ability to keep a cool head in stressful situationsWorks well independently as well as in groups with limited supervisionDetail orientated with emphasis on accuracy and count verificationHighly organized with the capability to multi-task and uphold high volume work loadsAbility to initiate tasks to be completed with little or no directionComputer literate utilizing Microsoft Outlook and AS400 or similar system preferredWhy Would You Want to Work in a Warehouse?Let Us Tell You Why - at Ingersoll, It's Different.We get it - when most people hear "warehouse job," they imagine something hot, chaotic, and unpredictable.
