Estimator - Electrical

Join the Stetner team in our Quincy, WA corporate offices. We are seeking experienced Electrical Estimators to help us grow! You will be responsible for the accurate and on-time completion of major Electrical and/or Low Voltage Technologies construction bids for projects in Washington. Responsibilities: Estimate a broad range of small, medium, and large $30 million+ construction projects for electrical and low voltage trades. Evaluate and estimate opportunities for prefabrication on each project Ensure deadlines, bid specs, and cost-plus pricing targets are met Assemble required bid package documentation Serve as a liaison between internal and external bid stakeholders Qualifications: Previous experience in Electrical or Low Voltage, especially in data centers, critical environments and commercial spaces. Strong take-off and blueprint reading skills, proven experience estimating $1 million to $30 million+ projects Strong analysis and critical thinking skills, familiar with electrical and technology terminology. Deadline and detail-oriented, knows inclusions and exclusions, markup and margin, and various pricing methodologies Strong leadership and mentoring qualities Preferred: Trained in using Trimble's Accubid Anywhere (electrical) Preferred: Experience using Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Project Preferred: Estimating Experience NOTE: Less experienced Estimators are invited to apply but may be considered at a lower starting salary range.
