Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for the position of Director of East Coast Expansion, located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area with flexibility for some remote work. The Director of East Coast Expansion will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow business operations, identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, and creating actionable plans. Additional responsibilities include managing teams, overseeing projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve expansion goals. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Expansion and strategic decision-makingStrong Analytical Skills with an ability to evaluate data and develop insightsTeam Management experience to lead and motivate diverse teams effectivelyExpertise in Planning and organizing complex operationsProficiency in Market Research to identify and analyze growth opportunitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsExperience in regional business operations or expansion is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
