Automotive Technician – All LevelsWe are seeking skilled and dependable Automotive Technicians at all levels to join our service team. From entry-level apprentices to experienced master technicians, this position offers the opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced and well-equipped environment.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracyDiagnose vehicle problems and recommend appropriate repairsConduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checksPerform complex mechanical repairs and diagnostic procedures (based on experience level)Inspect vehicles and report findings to the service advisorMaintain a clean and safe work areaKeep up to date with factory technical bulletins and trainingEnsure all work complies with manufacturer standards and dealership policiesRequirementsBasic mechanical knowledge (for entry-level roles)Strong diagnostic and repair skills (for mid- to senior-level techs)Ability to use diagnostic equipment and hand toolsExcellent attention to detail and time managementMust have a valid driver’s license and be insurableASE or manufacturer certifications are an asset (required for higher-level positions)Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredTechnical training or automotive certification preferred0–2 years of experience for entry-level positions3+ years of experience for mid-level and senior technician rolesPhysical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
