We are looking for our next new team member who can join our team and contribute to our incredible, innovative, dynamic client services.The Account Director is the principal contact between the agency and the client and is responsible for ensuring all deliverables are met. This team member works cross-functionally to develop and execute communications, marketing, and PR strategies and tactics that help our clients reach their goals.If you are an exceptional project manager who can prioritize and organize, delegate and communicate, and can herd cats, — we’re going to get along really well.KNB Communications is 100% remote. You can work from anywhere as long as you have dependable internet and are willing to keep central or east coast hours.Roles and responsibilities: Client management + communicationOwn the success of the accounts you manage, ensuring deliverables, creating strategic direction, and meeting client’s goals and expectations Cultivate strong relationships with clients, industry leaders, freelancers, KNB vendors, and other stakeholdersDemonstrate enthusiasm in client communicationsOffer new ideas and initiatives to the teamRun biweekly and ad hoc client meetingsOwn project trackers and update them weeklyOnboard new clientsCreate timelines and project trackers for new accounts Client service deliveryDirect account support (PR, marketing, freelancers, etc.) to secure deliverablesSet and influence multi-faceted strategyDefine KPIs for accounts and communicate the statusEnsure scopes of work are on track and on time KNB operationsMaintain a strong contribution margin per accountLook for opportunities to upsellReport account standing and deliverable status to clients Track account expenses and update invoice sheetAssist with new business research, proposal writing, and presentations as needed.We understand no candidate checks every single box.
