As the Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, and training employees; assigning tasks and making sure the front and back of house are running well; addressing complaints and resolving problems; overseeing the schedule; vendor interaction and making sure vibes are vibing!. WHAT YOU’LL DO Be certain food prep quality is as directed by the corporate office and prepared beautifully while served with a smile! Be sure to set the tone for all employees to be respectful, cooperative, kind and helpful to teammates and customers. Manage catering and third party delivery processes Resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, and accommodations and handle all inquiries Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity. Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation of food Monitor budgets and timesheets Schedule staff hours utilizing appropriate systems/software and assign duties to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation. Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving and building maintenance in lodging and dining facilities. Perform some food preparation or service tasks such as clearing tables, re-stocking, and serving food and beverages when necessary. Maintain food inventory standards while minimizing waste Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel matters, manage and hire staff Order and purchase equipment and supplies. Utilize point of sale cash register. Count money and make bank deposits. Adhere to Company opening and closing procedures and maintain accompanying records. Lead with kindness and respect! Love of food and how its prepared REQUIREMENTS Must pass the required PB Food Safety certification requirement within 3 months of employment. Meet business goals set out by the company in key metrics Must work a minimum of 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays but expected to work as the business dictates ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time Must be able to lift or otherwise move 25-40 pounds occasionally Must be able to retrieve items from high and low shelving, the fridge/freezer, and under counters. “GoodnessBowls is an equal opportunity employer.
