CNC Machine Operator

Legacy Staffing is partnering with a leading precision manufacturing company in Hudson, Ohio to hire experienced CNC Machine Operators . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $22-28/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on operating CNC machines to produce high-quality machined components while maintaining safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Operate CNC mills or lathes to produce precision machined partsReview work orders, blueprints, and specificationsLoad materials and set up machine tooling and fixturesMonitor machine operation and make adjustments to ensure part qualityPerform basic machine adjustments and tool changes as neededComplete production and quality documentationFollow all safety procedures and maintain equipmentRequired Qualifications:2+ years of CNC machine operation experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection toolsForklift or tow motor experienceBenefits Include:Affordable healthcare plans available for eligible employees401(k) with 4% company match after qualifying period and participation requirements are metWeekly payTemp to hire opportunities with top companies across Ohio
