Sailpoint Test Lead

Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Sailpoint Test Lead to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Denver, Colorado or Minneapolis, Minnesota.Duties:Developing test strategies, plans, and test casesExecuting test cases and documenting test resultsLeading defect remediation processes and reporting defectsSupporting project managers and IAM leads with ensuring agreed test coverage and acceptance criteriaFacilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and supporting non-functional testingCollaborating with IAM and functional business teams to enhance quality practices and delivery effectivenessIdentitying governance solutions and IAM processesDesired Skills/Experience:7+ years of experience with focus on IAM solutionsProven experience with functional, regression, performance, and chaos testingProficiency in SailPoint IIQ is a must, knowledge of JIRA and SeleniumStrong self-management skills, execute tasks independently ensuring timely completion of assignments while maintaining accountability for results without direct oversightExceptional understanding of Identity and Access Management principles, including access requests, certifications, provisioning, role-based access control, automated provisioning/deprovisioning, and user lifecycle managementSailPoint IdentityIQ and its integration with various systems and applicationsProficiency in functional, system, security, and integration testing to verify the functionality, performance, and security of IAM solutionsExcellent verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile development methodologiesFamiliarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in IAM and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and technologiesBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $33.00 and $48.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
