The Judge Group is seeking a driven and experienced Travel Healthcare Recruiter to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier travel nurses and allied health professionals in temporary assignments across the country. Source and recruit qualified travel RNs, LPNs, and allied health professionals using job boards, social media, ATS platforms, and referral networks
Engage with healthcare-specific job boards to identify top travel talent
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel clinicians to ensure a consistent and reliable talent pipeline
Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and alignment with client needs
Negotiate pay packages, travel stipends, and assignment details with candidates
Partner with account managers and clients to understand assignment requirements and ensure successful placements
Collaborate with compliance and credentialing teams to ensure timely onboarding and credential verification
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure all documentation is up to date
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in travel healthcare staffing
Proven success placing travel nurses and/or allied health professionals in temporary assignments
Ability to manage multiple job orders and deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance for travel roles is a plus
