Electrical Technician – 1st & 2nd Shift Location: West Chester, OH Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 1st Shift, M-TH, 5a-3:30p $22.50 2nd shift, M-TH, 3:30p-2a $24.50 Temp to Hire role Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our team in West Chester, Ohio. This position is responsible for assembling, troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and components in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble, wire, and install electrical components, panels, and control systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues on equipment and machinery. Perform electrical testing using multimeters and other diagnostic equipment. Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and automation equipment. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety regulations. Document repairs, modifications, and maintenance activities. Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an Electrical Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Proficient with electrical testing and troubleshooting equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred. Bend, stoop, lift 50 pounds
