The company has built a two-sided marketplace platform connecting pre-vetted candidates directly with clients and is now focused on growth strategy, investor readiness, and scaling.Responsibilities:Advise on go-to-market and growth strategyAssess readiness for fundraising and launchReview platform priorities, automation, and future developmentRefine investor positioning, messaging, and pitch deckIdentify risks, gaps, and growth opportunitiesGuide investor targeting and fundraising approachServe as a strategic advisor to the founderIdeal Background:Startup growth or advisory experience (marketplaces preferred)Fundraising / venture capital knowledgeExperience helping startups raise capital and scaleStrong strategic and financial mindsetEngagement: Flexible remote consulting role.
