**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Internet Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Internet Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and driving sales through our online channels. If you have a passion for direct sales, excellent communication skills, and experience with software and product demos, this could be the ideal role for you. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute effective territory management strategies to increase sales and expand our online customer base. - Utilize software and other tools to generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and track performance. - Conduct product demos and provide personalized sales presentations to customers and prospects. - Negotiate with customers to meet their needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Manage accounts and build strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business. - Generate new leads through lead generation activities, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends. - Continuously improve sales processes and techniques to increase sales and customer satisfaction. **Experience:** - Proven track record in direct sales, with a focus on online sales and lead generation. - Experience with software and product demos is highly preferred. - Strong account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
