This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, employee-focused company known for its exceptional work-life balance, extremely low turnover, strong leadership, and long-term career growth opportunities.The organization offers a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days in office), paid overtime, outstanding benefits, over four weeks of vacation, profit sharing, and a genuinely positive culture where employees tend to stay long term.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of customer accounts and oversee collection efforts related to outstanding receivablesReview aging reports, monitor payment activity, and proactively follow up on overdue balancesCommunicate with clients professionally via phone and email to resolve payment issues and maintain strong relationshipsCoordinate payment arrangements and document account activity accurately within internal systemsPartner closely with accounting, billing, and internal business teams to research discrepancies and resolve outstanding itemsAssist with reconciliations, reporting, and analysis related to accounts receivable activitySupport process improvement initiatives and help streamline collection and reporting workflowsPrepare correspondence, reports, and Excel-based tracking schedules as neededMaintain confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation across all collection activitiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experiencePrior experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing, or customer account support preferredStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyDetail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
